Shared Bedroom Design for Two Girls in a Compact 14 m² Space

This shared bedroom design for two girls was created to provide both children with a comfortable and functional environment within a compact 14 m² room. Each girl has her own dedicated place for sleeping, studying, creative activities and relaxation. The layout makes efficient use of every square metre while maintaining a light, balanced and spacious feel.

The interior is centred around bespoke furniture designed specifically for the geometry of the room and the everyday needs of two children. A compact two-level bed became the main element of the layout, making it possible to organise two comfortable sleeping areas while preserving valuable floor space for play and movement.

A practical study area is positioned by the window to benefit from natural light. It combines a comfortable workspace with integrated storage, open shelving and clearly organised areas for schoolwork and creative activities. This solution helps each child keep her belongings organised and use the space comfortably every day.

The room brings together aesthetics and functionality. A light colour palette, soft textures and natural materials create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Powder-toned accents add softness and visual harmony, while decorative details, wall art and gentle integrated lighting give the interior a distinctive character.

Every functional zone is thoughtfully connected to the overall layout, making the room intuitive and convenient to use. Storage is integrated into the furniture to keep the space organised without visually overloading the interior.
