1. Online Store Operating Hours
The online store operates 24/7.
Order processing takes place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Kyiv time (GMT+2), Monday through Saturday. Our support team will contact you if any additional information is required.
2. Placing an Order
Orders are placed through the online store at felifam.com.
- The customer provides the necessary information for order processing: name, delivery address, and contact details.
- A confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer’s email address.
- Payment is made through secure payment systems (WayForPay, PayPal). Funds are charged from the card after the order is confirmed.
3. Secure Payment
- We accept payments via Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Maestro, and PayPal.
- We do not charge a fee for credit card payments.
- Payments are processed through WayForPay — a certified secure online payment solution.
4. Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery costs depend on your region.
For in-stock items, delivery is made within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification via email once the shipment is sent.
Delivery types:
- Standard delivery (for orders up to €100 or large items) — 2–4 weeks. Delivery time may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Express delivery (for orders over €100) — 5–7 days within the EU, 7–10 days to the Americas and Asia, 10–14 days to Australia and New Zealand. Delivery time may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Customs duties and taxes:
- Some products may be shipped from Europe. In this case, customs duties and taxes may apply, payable by the customer.
- Felifam is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on international shipments.
5. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation is possible until the order has been shipped.
- If you refuse the shipment or fail to collect it within 14 days, the item will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the order amount minus the delivery cost, or you may request a reshipment for an additional fee.
6. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it has not been used and retains its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items:
- Products that have been used or have damaged packaging;
- Products with mechanical damage (check the product upon receipt in the presence of the courier);
- Custom orders made to specific requirements (color changes, made-to-order furniture, etc.).
- Returns are processed after inspection of the product and refunded using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
7. Complaints
- If the product does not match the order or has defects, please contact us at info@felifam.com and provide photos of the product.
- Felifam covers shipping costs for warranty returns.
8. Privacy Policy
- We collect the following personal information to process your order: name, address, phone number, email.
- Data is used only to fulfill your order and send newsletters if you subscribed.
- We use technologies such as Google Analytics to improve the website and analyze user behavior. Data is not shared with third parties without your consent.
