Today we have a special design project on display – a 60 m² playroom for three children. The task was ambitious: to create a space in which each of the little inhabitants could do their favorite thing without disturbing others.
We wanted to create not just a functional room, but a place that would become a center of fun, creativity and active recreation. And we did not fail, in project 993 we implemented the idea of a space that combines all the interests of children, giving each of them the opportunity to develop, play and relax without interfering with each other.
General atmosphere
The style of the room was chosen with an emphasis on a calm atmosphere. To create comfort and harmony, pastel colors were used, complemented by bright accents. The blue floor became the central element that visually connects all the zones. Also, to create a lightness and natural atmosphere, green elements were used on the walls, adding freshness and tranquility to the room.
Safety and comfort are the basis of design
To create a safe and comfortable environment, we have chosen only high-quality and safe building materials that meet the highest standards. In the aerial gymnastics area, we have specially placed soft mats to provide additional safety during training and active exercises. They allow the child to comfortably engage in sports without the risk of injury.
All other zones were created using environmentally friendly, eco-friendly materials that ensure safety for children’s health and the environment. An important component of the choice of materials was natural textures, which not only add aesthetics, but also increase comfort, because each element should be not only beautiful, but also safe for the little inhabitants of the room. These principles became the basis for every detail that creates a harmonious space for children’s development, play and rest.
Ideal zoning for active childhood
The space of the room allowed us to comfortably divide it into zones, each of which corresponds to the interests of the children. For example, we arranged the area for training with a handrail, ropes and parallel bars in a special niche, which allowed us to create a separate space for physical activity. We allocated another part of the room for aerial gymnastics, where soft mats were specially arranged for safety during training.
The TV viewing area is located directly at the entrance to the room, so that it would be convenient for children to relax and rest after active games. We left several zones for spending time together, for example, a basketball hoop and a mini-playground where children can play together. Near the basketball hoop, we created an improvised “fan” zone, where you can sit, read or play, enjoying the natural sunlight that penetrates this place. These solutions allowed us to create a space that meets all the interests of the children, while maintaining functionality and comfort.
When creating children’s spaces, it is important to consider not only the interests and needs of each child, but also to provide opportunities for joint play and interaction.
Modern accents and geometry in the interior
One of the unique elements of the project was the design of part of the ceiling: we decorated it with MDF panels, on which we placed lighting. It looks simple but original, creating a modern and elegant look of the space. Such a solution not only adds style, but also functionality, because the soft lighting creates a comfortable atmosphere, ideal for children’s games and relaxation. This element has become a real decoration of the room, emphasizing its uniqueness and modernity.
To emphasize the calm but interesting atmosphere, we used accent colors on the walls, and geometric decor elements add uniqueness and style to the room, making it unique and modern. This design is universal and great for any age, which makes it ideal for a children’s room, which can adapt to changing needs and interests over time. Thanks to thoughtful details, the room will be comfortable and relevant at different stages of the child’s growth, easily changing accents or functional areas.
Project 993 is the embodiment of harmony between functionality and aesthetics, where every detail was thought out for the comfort and safety of children. We were able to create a space that not only meets the interests of each child, but also allows them to spend time together, play and develop. Thanks to thoughtful zoning, original design solutions and the use of safe materials, this room has become a real center of active and creative childhood.
