Project overview from FeliFam: optimization of space in a small children’s room

Our designers are often faced with difficult tasks, and one of them is to optimize the space as much as possible. Project 1073 became an excellent example of solving this problem. This time it was necessary to design a children’s room with an area of only 10 m², while maintaining comfort, functionality and style. As a result, a unique project was created that perfectly combines all these components. Thanks to carefully thought out zoning, every centimeter of this small room is used 100%.

Use of vertical space

One of the key features of this project is the two-story construction of the recreation area. There is a bed on the first floor, and an area for games, rest or reading on the second floor. This solution allows you to maximize the use of vertical space and organize several functional zones in one room, saving space for active games and creativity.

The use of vertical space is an important aspect in the design of small rooms, because it allows you to significantly increase the functionality of the space without losing useful space.

Functional work area

The room has a small work area located near the window, which allows you to make the most of natural light for studying or creativity. It is equipped with open shelves for storing necessary things and built-in lighting that creates a cozy atmosphere. For the convenience of the child, the project includes a comfortable chair that harmoniously combines with the main color scheme of the room.

The location of the work area near the window allows for effective use of natural light, creating a comfortable environment for learning and creativity.

Color solutions

The choice of colors for this project fell on light beige and milky shades, which visually expand the space and add lightness. In the project, it was decided to emphasize one of the walls, highlighting it visually. Two wallpaper options were offered to choose from. The first option is brighter and accent wallpaper “Crowns of trees”, the second is a calm picture on the wallpaper “Gentle shades of mountains”.

When developing a design, it is important to offer the client several implementation options. This approach allows you to create unique and personalized interiors that best meet the individual preferences and needs of each customer.

Quality of materials

All materials used in this project meet high safety and environmental standards. Vinyl wallpaper printed with eco-friendly inks is high quality and durable, easy to care for and can be easily cleaned with a damp sponge. In addition, all furniture and decorative elements are selected taking into account safety requirements for children. Designs are created in compliance with all standards, which guarantees comfort and safety in every detail of the interior.

Accessories and cozy trinkets

Small but important details, such as a shaped mirror, pillows and storage baskets, add a special charm to the room. A mirror of an original shape becomes not only a practical element, but also a stylish accent that attracts attention and visually expands the space. Pillows made in soft pastel shades add coziness and comfort, and functional storage baskets allow you to maintain order without disturbing the overall aesthetic. These accessories harmoniously fit into the interior, giving it completeness and creating an atmosphere of warmth and coziness.

Design studio FeliFam implements any customer requests in its projects, taking into account all individual wishes and needs. We create spaces that combine functionality, safety and style, providing a comfortable environment for children.
