Main objective
Before starting the project, the hotel clearly defined its expectations: the future hotel kids playroom should become more than an attractive space for children – it needed to be a fully integrated part of the service, enhancing the overall guest experience. The key focus was on combining aesthetics and functionality. The space had to be engaging for children, intuitive for staff, and meet high safety standards.

Safe space for children of all ages
Solution: We created a safe, multifunctional hotel kids playroom adapted for children of different ages, where each zone is designed with activity levels and developmental stages in mind. Soft surfaces, rounded shapes, and absence of sharp edges minimize risks during active play. The space is divided into separate functional zones: active areas are complemented by calmer spots for creative work and table activities. All elements are integrated into a single system ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
Clear zoning
Solution: The central table area is designed for creative and calm activities, with nearby open shelves featuring lighting for easy toy access. The active zone includes a slide, climbing structures, and nets. Interactive wall elements such as a drawing board and LEGO panel provide engagement points and evenly distribute children throughout the space.
Modern design
Solution: The design follows a modern premium style. A restrained palette of beige, muted greens, and warm yellow accents creates a calm and comfortable environment. Furniture and play structures are modern, safe, and intuitive for children of all ages. The space is aesthetically cohesive and reflects the standards of a premium hotel.
Development and engagement
Solution: Zones for movement, creativity, and role-play stimulate physical development and coordination, while tables and shelves create an environment for independent play and artistic activities. Interactive elements like the drawing board and LEGO panel increase children’s interest and encourage repeat visits.
Ergonomics and functionality
Solution: Every element is logically placed and easy to use. The central table allows quick visual supervision. Play structures are compactly arranged, freeing up main space and enabling efficient room usage, organization, and staff control.

The space is cohesive, harmoniously integrated into the hotel interior, and enhances the overall impression.
