The following General Terms and Conditions regarding the sale of products on felifam.com
The online store is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.
We process orders from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT+2, Monday to Saturday. Our support team will contact you if we have additional questions for clarification.
Checkout
1. To order a product, simply click the “Add to Cart” button. In your shopping cart in the upper right corner you can see the number of products in the shopping cart and the list of selected products below. You can continue shopping by clicking on the main menu – Shop by Type or Shop by Collection. Or proceed to payment by clicking on the “Checkout” button.
2. Continue with the checkout process and enter your details: email address, name, delivery address, etc. At this stage, you can choose whether you want to be updated with news and exclusive offers.
3. You can check the products and the total amount including shipping on the right side of the screen.
4. Click “Go to Shipping Method” when you have entered all the information.
5. Verify that the shipping address is correct, select a shipping method, and check the list of items in your shopping cart. Then proceed by clicking “Proceed to payment method”.
6. When you enter your credit card information or your PayPal account details, confirm your billing address and click the “Pay Now” button, your order will be completed. At this point, you can save your information for faster checkout next time.
7. At this stage, your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we receive your order, we will receive an authorization from your credit card for the amount of the order. At this stage, we do not withdraw money from your card, but the amount may be reserved in your account. This is a normal process for banks and credit card companies.
8. If your credit card is not authorized or we are having problems accepting your order, your order will not be processed further and we will contact you via email with further information.
9. Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Secure payment
We accept: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard Maestro and PayPal payments.
We do not charge any credit card fees.
Payment is processed through WayForPay, an approved and certified secure payment solution.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Shipping cost depends on your delivery area.
For all orders over 100 €, delivery is free (except for oversized goods).
If the goods are in stock, delivery is carried out within 1-2 days. We will contact you by email with the notification sent.
Please note that delivery terms differ for different types of products:
Regular delivery (orders up to 100€, oversized goods) – 2-4 weeks.
Express delivery (for orders over 100 euros, except for oversized goods) – 5-7 days within the EU, 7-10 days to America and Asia, and 10-14 days to Australia and New Zealand.
Please note that some items will be shipped from Ukraine. Felifam is not responsible for customs fees if any.
Cancel
Cancellation of an order is possible until the order has been shipped.
If you refuse to accept the package at the door or do not pick up the package at the post office within 14 days, the order will be sent back to us. We may then offer you a refund of the order amount minus the shipping cost, or resend your order if you are willing to pay the shipping cost again. In the case of free shipping, you will be asked to pay the actual amount of the shipping cost.
Return
We accept returns.
If for some reason the product does not suit you, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that a return is possible only if the product has not been used, all tags and packaging are preserved.
Non refundable:
– second-hand goods – broken packaging, no tag
– the goods are damaged (with traces of any mechanical damage. Please inspect in the presence of the courier for damage. The carrier company is responsible for any damage during transportation)
– individual orders that we produce according to your wishes (changing the color of the material, changing layouts, manufacturing products according to customer samples, etc.)
Refunds will be made upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refund will be made in the same way about board you used to purchase.
The return shipping cost should be paid by you.
Complaints
At Felifam, we make every effort to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and in perfect condition. If there is anything wrong with the product you received, or if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please attach an image.
You have a 24 month warranty and you can either replace the defective product or get your money back. We pay shipping costs associated with complaints.
Privacy Policy
To purchase products from felifam.com, we ask for the following information:
– Name
– Address
– Phone number
– E-mail address
We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
The email addresses that we have obtained with your consent in order to send you our newsletter will be stored until you either unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to delete you.
When personal information is collected on our website, I make sure that it is with your express consent.
All information you provide is used only to provide the best shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and handled in accordance with consumer protection and data protection laws.
We use third party beacons (Google Analytics) from Google to analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our site. Felifam works alongside several other companies that store data such as mailchimp, shopify, WayForPay. These companies only use personal information on our behalf and are not permitted to share or use it for their own use.
Information submitted to Felifam will not be shared or sold to a third party and we do not log sensitive personal information.

Cookies help us learn a little about how you use our website and this improves the experience for you and others.
